Welcome to the Authentalk Speaking Mastery Program

This is a 30-day training program. You are here to build reliable speaking skills. If you stick to the lessons--just 10-20 minutes per day--you will become a much more confident, compelling, charismatic public speaker.

What You’ll Do

Over the next 30 days, you will train and deliver three core speeches:

  • Impromptu Speech (3–5 minutes)

  • Business Presentation (8–10 minutes)

  • TED-style Talk (8–12 minutes)

Each speech targets a different mode of real-world communication: spontaneous speaking,  professional persuasion, and long-form keynotes.

You’ll complete one primary module per week, supported by drills, rubrics, and feedback.

If you selected the premium live coaching model, you’ll meet weekly with a national champion instructor.

Otherwise, you’ll receive recorded feedback within 72 hours of each week’s final presentation.

Weekly Breakdown

Week 1
Foundations: Delivery, Structure, Control

  • Record short baseline speaking videos

  • Learn simple frameworks for organizing ideas quickly

  • Run daily delivery drills (voice, pacing, gestures, eye contact)

  • Practice short personal examples

  • Impromptu Speech (3–5 minutes)

Week 2
Business Pitching: Clarity and Persuasion

  • Build a clear, structured business presentation

  • Learn how to frame problems and decisions

  • Practice simplifying complex ideas

  • Address credibility and objections without over-explaining

  • Business Presentation (8–10 minutes)

Week 3
TED-style Speaking: One Big Idea

  • Develop a clear central idea

  • Use personal experience without oversharing

  • Balance story, insight, and proof

  • Practice openings and transitions

  • TED-style Talk (8–12 minutes)

Week 4
Delivery Mastery and Independence

  • Deliver using notes, not full text

  • Run advanced drills (variation, emphasis, adaptability)

  • Adjust delivery for different audiences

  • Choose your strongest speech and refine it

  • Final solo delivery and submission

    • Asynchronous video modules

    • One live online workshop per week

    • Reviewing recorded and live coach feedback on your submissions

    • Rehearsal time on your own

    Over 30 days, you’ll master the three most important speaking formats for professionals today:

    Impromptu Speech (5 minutes)
    Learn how to think on your feet, organize your ideas under pressure, and speak with poise when you don’t have a script. Perfect for interviews, panel discussions, Q&A sessions, and sudden leadership moments.

    Business Pitch (8–10 minutes)
    Craft and deliver a compelling case for a product, idea, or initiative—complete with structure, storytelling, and data. You’ll walk away with a pitch you can use immediately in your career or venture.

    TED-style Talk (8–12 minutes)
    Identify and refine your “one big idea”—then bring it to life in a way that sticks. You'll learn how to connect with any audience through personal stories, clarity of language, and strategic pacing.

    These are all designed by Dr. Lampert, the coach of thousands of public speaking contest award winners.

    He’s spent over 15 years analyzing 10,000 feedback forms on effective public speaking from evaluators of all backgrounds.

  • Yes. Most clients join because they understand what’s been holding them back from advancing in the workplace: championship-level communication.

    The same skills we teach—concise structure, story-driven insights, and adapting to your audience—apply directly to meetings, stakeholder updates, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration.

    You’ll leave with skills you’ll use every week.

  • 
Yes. All coaching, workshops, and feedback happen online. However, your speeches must be delivered in front of a real, in-person audience. You’ll record them and upload the videos. We need to see you and the people in the room. That’s how we know it counts.


    Depending on your location, we’ll also suggest local speech contests to help you keep growing—and stay accountable.

  • Tuition is $750. Submit all speeches on time, and meet the rubric requirements, and we’ll send 25% of your tuition back as a Championship Completion Bonus.

    The tuition for a month of personalized, live, weekly coaching is $2000 (full course access is included).

  • Each speech comes with:

    • A detailed structural rubric (what to say every 15–30 seconds)

    • Time-stamped coach comments

    • Three personalized improvements to work on next

    Dr. Lampert is an internationally renowned feedback expert, who has led workshops in the United States, Switzerland, and Shanghai on best practices in performance coaching.

  • Yes. We care about ideas, not accents.

    All modules include captions and transcripts. The vast majority of our first cohort of clients were from Shanghai and Beijing.

  • You get one 48-hour grace period. After that, the Completion Bonus is forfeit—but you’ll still get coaching and finish the program.

  • You can! If you’re serious about improving, you should explore all options.

    But here’s what our research found:

    • Toastmasters works well for some. But many professionals struggle with timing (groups may not fit your schedule), accountability (you don’t have to speak unless you volunteer), and feedback quality (many clubs lack high-level coaching).

    • AI coaching is fast, but it’s trained on language patterns, not human audiences. What’s predictive isn’t always persuasive. Speaking is human work. You need human feedback. (However, part of our program involves giving you customized LLMs to draft speeches more easily.)

    Your feedback is only as good as your coach. Authentalk graduates have won more speech championships than any comparable program.
