Welcome to the Authentalk Speaking Mastery Program!

This is a 30-day training program. You are here to build reliable speaking skills. If you stick to the lessons--just 10-20 minutes per day--you will become a much more confident, compelling, charismatic public speaker.

What You’ll Do

Over the next 30 days, you will train and deliver three core and 25 supplemental speeches:

  • Impromptu Speech (3–5 minutes)

  • Business Presentation (8–10 minutes)

  • TED-style Talk (8–12 minutes)

Each speech targets a different mode of real-world communication: spontaneous speaking, professional persuasion, and long-form keynotes.

You’ll receive recorded feedback within 72 hours of each week’s final presentation.

Weekly Breakdown

Week 1
Foundations: Delivery, Structure, Control

  • Record short baseline speaking videos

  • Learn simple frameworks for organizing ideas quickly

  • Run daily delivery drills (voice, pacing, gestures, eye contact)

  • Practice short personal examples

  • Impromptu Speech (3–5 minutes)

Week 2
Business Pitching: Clarity and Persuasion

  • Build a clear, structured business presentation

  • Learn how to frame problems and decisions

  • Practice simplifying complex ideas

  • Address credibility and objections without over-explaining

  • Business Presentation (8–10 minutes)

Week 3
TED-style Speaking: One Big Idea

  • Develop a clear central idea

  • Use personal experience without oversharing

  • Balance story, insight, and proof

  • Practice openings and transitions

  • TED-style Talk (8–12 minutes)

Week 4
Delivery Mastery and Independence

  • Deliver using notes, not full text

  • Run advanced drills (variation, emphasis, adaptability)

  • Adjust delivery for different audiences

  • Choose your strongest speech and refine it

  • Final solo delivery and submission

Final Reminders

  • All final weekly speeches must be delivered in front of a live, in-person audience; your daily speeches can be recorded privately

  • Record and upload full performances by the weekly deadlines (if you want to wait until the last day of each week to record and present, you can, though cramming is not recommended)

  • You have one 48-hour grace period during the program; missing more than one deadline removes Completion Bonus eligibility

  • Submit all speeches on time, meet rubric standards, and receive your Championship Completion Bonus!
